Nice, 11 degen + bleeding + deep wound + vamp gaze + vamp bite = dead.
That ends up being something like 14-15 degen (can't remember bleeding, correct me if im wrong), and if you then lay deep wound on, then vampiric bite, they are going to take 20% health + 74 damage in (seemingly) one hit. I might try this out myself in RA....

Keep in mind that the max effective degen is 10 (likewise for regen) so anything above that only serves to counter any regen.
Life Transfer has a long recharge time - is it worth it? You decide.
A squishy in melee might want to consider a defensive stance or something (aura of the lich?). I'm not sure there is enough regen there to keep you up, but I haven't tried it.
If you take damage when using healing signet it will be vs AL 20, depending on exact gear in use, which will be painful.

If you want lots of degen, drop Blood Magic, and get Death Magic.
Elite - Virulence - if monster suffers from a condition, it will suffer from Poison, Disease and weakness.
Sever Artery + Virulence = Bleeding + Disease + Poison = -10 (max) health degen.
It costs 5 energy, casting time of 1, recharge time of 10
Drop Life Siphon, get Taste of Pain (Faction's Skill) - energy 5, cast time 1/4, recharge of 10. Gains health if enemy is below 50% max health.
Drop Vampiric Bite, get Soul Feast - steal corpse and gain massive health
Drop Vampiric Gaze and get Consume Corpse.
I know this basically kills the whole idea of vampirism, but if your main goal was just to do health degen. Think about this.
Hope it helps.

I suppose that's true. It is light on the energy consumption.
But a W/N would have more warrior skills, wouldn't it?
I never liked the idea of Life Transfer, because it has such a long recharge time and once its removed, you have to wait for it to be recharged until its used again. I like Life Siphon because it can be spammed.
